Welcome to Alicenta! Please read this user agreement ("Agreement") and the GDPR statement carefully before using our mobile application (the "App").

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the App.

2. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with Dasi Software AB and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements.

3. Privacy Policy and GDPR Statement
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy https://dasisoftware.se/privacy-policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. By using the App, you also consent to our processing of personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

4. User Account
a) To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
b) You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or access to your account.

5. Use of the App
a) You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.
b) You may not use the App in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use of the App.

6. Intellectual Property
a) All content and materials available in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Dasi Software AB or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
b) You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any portion of the App without the express written consent of Dasi Software AB.

7. Termination
Dasi Software AB reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the App at any time without notice for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of this Agreement.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Dasi Software AB does not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Dasi Software AB be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the App.

10. Governing Law and GDPR
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. For the processing of personal data, the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) also apply.
